May relieve stress,
May lessen fatigue
Symptoms of deficiency:
Symptoms include excessive fatigue, sleep disturbances, loss of appetite, nausea or dermatitis. However, these symptoms are rare and if they occur, they may indicate other B vitamin deficiencies.
