Shoulders and Neck
The shoulders section contains shoulder exercises, shoulder stretches and shoulder injuries specific to each muscle of the shoulder region. The main joint of the area is the shoulder or glenohumeral joint, and the main muscles of the area are the Trapezius (upper back) and Deltoid (shoulder muscles). This section also has information about the main neck muscles, the scalenes & sternocleidomastoid.
